Account Verification
Verification ensures a safe and trusted marketplace for everyone. Different account types have different verification requirements.
Email Verification
All accounts must verify their email address. Simply click the link in the verification email sent when you sign up.
Phone Verification
Adding and verifying your phone number allows you to:
- Receive SMS order updates
- Enable two-factor authentication
- Recover your account if you forget your password
Business Verification (Vendors & Manufacturers)
Business accounts require additional verification:
- Business Registration - Upload your GST certificate or business registration
- Identity Verification - Provide government-issued ID of the business owner
- Address Verification - Submit a utility bill or bank statement
- Portfolio - Share examples of your work (for manufacturers)
Verification Status
Check your verification status in Account Settings > Verification. You'll see:
- ✓ Verified - Requirement completed
- ⏳ Pending - Under review (1-2 business days)
- ⚠ Action Needed - Additional information required
