Delivery Channels
Choose how to receive each type:
- Email - Detailed information
- SMS - Quick updates
- Push Notifications - Instant mobile alerts
- WhatsApp - Conversational updates
Managing Preferences
- Go to Settings > Notifications
- Toggle each notification type on/off
- Select preferred channels
- Save changes
Quiet Hours
Set times when you don't want notifications (except urgent ones):
- Enable Quiet Hours
- Set start and end time
- Notifications are batched until quiet hours end
