- Condition - Items must be unworn with original tags
- Packaging - Original packaging required
- Certification - Original certificates must be included
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or personalized jewelry
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons, unless defective)
- Items worn or altered
- Items without original packaging/tags
How to Initiate a Return
- Go to My Orders
- Select the order containing the item
- Click Return Item
- Select reason for return
- Upload photos if item is damaged/defective
- Choose refund method (original payment or store credit)
- Schedule pickup or drop off at designated center
Exchanges
Want a different size or style? Choose Exchange instead of return:
- Select the item to exchange
- Browse and select your replacement item
- Pay any price difference (or receive credit for lower-priced items)
Refund Timeline
- Store Credit - Instant after return approval
- Original Payment - 5-7 business days after item received
