Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Here's our return policy.

Return Policy

  • Timeframe - 15 days from delivery for returns
  • Condition - Items must be unworn with original tags
  • Packaging - Original packaging required
  • Certification - Original certificates must be included

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized jewelry
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons, unless defective)
  • Items worn or altered
  • Items without original packaging/tags

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Go to My Orders
  2. Select the order containing the item
  3. Click Return Item
  4. Select reason for return
  5. Upload photos if item is damaged/defective
  6. Choose refund method (original payment or store credit)
  7. Schedule pickup or drop off at designated center

Exchanges

Want a different size or style? Choose Exchange instead of return:

  1. Select the item to exchange
  2. Browse and select your replacement item
  3. Pay any price difference (or receive credit for lower-priced items)

Refund Timeline

  • Store Credit - Instant after return approval
  • Original Payment - 5-7 business days after item received
