- In Production - Your jewelry is being crafted
- Quality Check - Final inspection before shipping
- Shipped - On its way to you
- Out for Delivery - Will arrive today
- Delivered - Successfully delivered
How to Track
Method 1: My Orders
- Go to My Orders
- Click on the order you want to track
- View detailed status and timeline
Method 2: Order Email
Click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
Method 3: Tracking Number
Enter your tracking number on the courier's website for real-time updates.
Delivery Notifications
You'll receive notifications at each stage:
- When your order ships
- When it's out for delivery
- When it's delivered
Manage notifications in Settings > Notifications.
