Issues with your delivery? Here's what to do.
Delayed Delivery
If your order is past the expected delivery date:
- Check tracking for latest status
- Contact courier with tracking number
- If no update for 48 hours, contact us
Common delay reasons:
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Address issues
- Customs (for international)
Delivery Attempted - No One Home
Couriers typically make 3 attempts:
- Check for delivery notice
- Contact courier to reschedule
- Arrange pickup from nearest hub
Wrong Address
If you notice wrong address before shipping:
- Contact us immediately
- We'll update if not yet dispatched
If already shipped, contact courier directly.
Damaged Package
If package appears damaged on arrival:
- Document with photos before opening
- Note damage on courier's delivery proof
- Open and photograph contents
- Contact us within 24 hours
Missing Package
If tracking shows delivered but you didn't receive:
- Check with family/neighbors
- Check all delivery locations (mailroom, etc.)
- Contact courier
- If not found, contact us for investigation
