Delivery Issues

Issues with your delivery? Here's what to do.

Delayed Delivery

If your order is past the expected delivery date:

  1. Check tracking for latest status
  2. Contact courier with tracking number
  3. If no update for 48 hours, contact us

Common delay reasons:

  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Address issues
  • Customs (for international)

Delivery Attempted - No One Home

Couriers typically make 3 attempts:

  • Check for delivery notice
  • Contact courier to reschedule
  • Arrange pickup from nearest hub

Wrong Address

If you notice wrong address before shipping:

  1. Contact us immediately
  2. We'll update if not yet dispatched

If already shipped, contact courier directly.

Damaged Package

If package appears damaged on arrival:

  1. Document with photos before opening
  2. Note damage on courier's delivery proof
  3. Open and photograph contents
  4. Contact us within 24 hours

Missing Package

If tracking shows delivered but you didn't receive:

  1. Check with family/neighbors
  2. Check all delivery locations (mailroom, etc.)
  3. Contact courier
  4. If not found, contact us for investigation
