Managing Orders

Efficient order management leads to happy customers and repeat business.

Order Dashboard

Your dashboard shows:

  • New Orders - Require confirmation
  • In Progress - Being prepared/made
  • Ready to Ship - Awaiting pickup
  • Shipped - In transit
  • Delivered - Completed orders

Processing Orders

  1. Review - Check order details and inventory
  2. Confirm - Accept the order
  3. Prepare - Quality check and package
  4. Ship - Hand over to courier
  5. Update - Enter tracking information

Shipping

Options for shipping:

  • OJEMS Shipping - We handle pickup and delivery
  • Self-Ship - Use your own courier (with insurance)

All valuable shipments must be insured.

Handling Issues

If problems occur:

  • Out of Stock - Contact customer ASAP with options
  • Delay - Proactively communicate new timeline
  • Damage - Document with photos, initiate claim

Customer Communication

Keep customers informed:

  • Send updates at each stage
  • Respond to queries within 24 hours
  • Be proactive about delays
